During the process of looking for a home to purchase, my wife and I had the opportunity on several occassions to look through inspection reports from companies in the local area. These reports always seemed confusing and hard to understand. We were not looking forward to receiving a hard to understand inspection report on the home we were about to purchase. We wanted to know what kind of home we were about to get ourselves into easily.

We were very pleased when we decided to use Samuel Vasquez with Pro-Spect's services to inspect our home that we finally decided to purchase. When we received his report it was very easy to read and understand. There was no question where any concerns were in the home. In any area that Samuel located an issue you would be able to see a very clear color picture where he would even insert an arrow pointing to the location of concern. His inspection report was one of the easiest parts of the complicated process of buying a home especially in todays market.
